It is used worldwide and is replacing our Theatre Manager (tickets.kamloopslive.com) system. We re hopeful that it will provide an improved user experience for our patrons! The updates have been made, and the box office is back online. There may be a few "work-in-progress" items over the week of January 20th. What about my account and password? All accounts created with Theatre Manager will be transferred to Spektrix. When you log in for the first time, you’ll be asked to set a new password, or you can utilize Spektrix’s password-free login options. The username associated with your account on Spektrix is the same email you used with the old website. Will my personal information be secure in this transition? Spektrix acts as a data processor whereas the clients are the data controllers, meaning that they will never alter, manipulate, or otherwise interact with your data. Spektrix is certified, using the most recent standards for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continually improving an information security management system. What changes can I expect to see? Spektrix’s system is more user-friendly and reliable than what patrons are used to with Theatre Manager (our current system). With your Spektrix account, you can enjoy features like downloading and printing your tickets at home, directly communicating accessibility needs to the KL!BO, specifying your contact preferences, and much more! You will be able to view and adjust your data for accuracy. Card Wallet If you choose to, you can save a payment card on the system so you don’t have to fill out your card info every time you want to buy tickets. What if I have trouble with the new system? As always, our staff are happy to help! Once we are officially back online, our box office hours will remain the same (Monday-Saturday, Noon-5pm) and you can reach us by phone or come in and see us.
