Direct from the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, Brilliant! is a playfully theatrical exploration of one of the most formidable inventors of the past 100 years. Set in late 1800s New York, the story examines the career of Nikola Tesla, the inventor of alternating electrical current. Tesla's Victorian world is a reflection of our modern one; a world where new technology dazzles and fascinates with its promises, while at the same time threatening, provoking social paranoia with its unknown implications for humanity. Called "Theatrical magic!" by the Globe & Mail, Brilliant! promises to be a rare treat.
