This $500 bursary will be awarded to a full-time post-secondary student pursuing studies in the performing arts.
*Priority will be given to applicants who are, or have formerly been, ushers at Sagebrush Theatre.
• The applicant must provide a copy of their upcoming post-secondary registration. • The applicant must provide copies of registration for any other relevant training. • The applicant must state their past experience and future plans in the performing arts and why they would like to receive this award.

This $500 bursary will be awarded to a candidate studying some field of post-secondary design for theatre (set, costumes, properties, lighting or sound).
*Candidates of all ages are encouraged to apply for this bursary.
• The applicant must provide an outline of the course of study they wish to pursue. • The applicant must provide one character reference. • The applicant must state, in a maximum of 250 words, why they wish to study design and how they hope to apply their knowledge in the field of their choice.
Western Canada Theatre announces the
This bursary is awarded to Students in financial need with a strong interest in the arts. The bursary pays for entrance into the Stage One Theatre School.
*Only students wishing to enroll in the Stage One Theatre School will be considered for this bursary.

*Applying for all three bursaries is allowed. *Applications for the Excellence On Stage Award & the Margaret Rose McInnes Memorial Bursary will be assessed as they come in. *Applications for the The Henry Vandenberghe Memorial Bursary will be assessed every spring and every summer before the corresponding Stage One Theatre School.
